Important Update on Tariff Impact & Pricing

Dear Valued Customer,

Since our previous notification early last month, the tariff landscape has unfortunately changed significantly. Last week, President Trump announced that the tariff rate on imports from China would increase from the previously announced 10% to 20%. This 20% tariff is currently in effect upon receipt of goods into the country.

As we now receive shipments from China into our system, we will be repricing those items and expect the increase to be 12%.

With the intent of mitigating this increase, we have been working with our suppliers for the past month to obtain lower pricing going forward.

Until we receive a new shipment, our intention is to continue to maintain our current 2025 pricing.

Last year, in anticipation of potential tariffs, we decided to increase the amount and timing of our purchases so that we would receive shipments before any possible tariffs. As a result, many items will continue to be available for at least the next couple of months at the current 2025 pricing.

We are not comfortable assuming that this is the final tariff rate, and in the future, we will again reprice items as they are received and subject to the tariff rate in effect at the time of receipt. Our hope is that any rate change will be a decrease, not an increase!
